Exchanging Items Purchased Online
We hope you love everything you order, but if you’re not satisfied or receive a damaged item, you can exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange Policy
Once we receive the original item in its unused, original condition (with tags attached), we will promptly ship the replacement.
Note: Damaged, used, or altered items will be rejected and returned to you.
Exchanges will generally be processed to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose a different product of equal value.
Color Accuracy
We do our best to display colors accurately, but variations in screen displays can result in slight color differences.
Repeated Exchanges
While we offer a flexible exchange policy, frequent exchanges may lead to account suspension or future order restrictions.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items as described in the product details.
To return an item, please send photos/videos of the issue. Used products cannot be returned. Ensure the package remains in its original condition.
You have 30 days from the arrival of your order to initiate a return. After approval, return the item to the provided address and share the tracking number.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds may take up to 7 working days after we receive the returned item, confirming it’s in resalable condition.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds apply in these cases:
The replacement item is unavailable.
The product is out of stock and you do not want an alternative.
Your package is seized by customs (we’ll offer a refund or reship the package based on discussion).
